Nestled on the scenic Niagara Escarpment at Ball's Falls Conservation Area, the Ball's Falls historical church accommodates up to 110 guests. The interior of this restored chapel features warm wood-tones: both rustic and elegant. The chapel is heated to provide year-round access and the site has ample parking for guests. Weddings can be accommodated at the Centre for Conservation or The Big Barn. With convenient highway access, this area is the perfect storybook setting for your special wedding day… and a photographer's dream. We have been catering to Balls Falls for over 25 years. We provide complete china, linen, event and bar services, therefore you deal with one experienced event planner, rather than 6 different companies.

Why do we serve the most weddings yearly at Balls Falls?;

At the Barn we provide onsite refrigeration and cooking, and solid wall tent for preparation, and completely pipe drape the “Service” corner. If you're looking for a casual BBQ or a formal sit-down meal, choose the caterers that serve over 35 events yearly at Balls Falls.

Brides can complete there own DIY wedding and we can provide catering servce only, or we can provide complete professional bar services and you may choose one of our complete decorating and music packages.

Ceremony Facilities
Two versatile options for your event...

  • Centre for Conservation – Glen Elgin Room (Outdoor patio also available from May-October only)

Historical Church

The Church seats a maximum of 110 guests. A pump organ is available for your use at no extra cost. You must arrange your own organist (contacts available). Other instruments may be used by your arrangement. Parking and access to the park is free for your guests. Simply have your guests give the bride or groom's name to the gatekeeper on duty. Photos are allowed on the grounds. No photos are allowed inside the other heritage buildings, only in the church. The church must be decorated during your rental time allotted, since other weddings may be booked before and/or after your wedding. 

Centre for Conservation

Glen Elgin Room
The Glen Elgin seats 120 guests at round tables, or 150 guests (including wedding party) at rectangular tables. Free parking is provided for your guests. All catering arrangements and decorating is the responsibility of the bride and groom. If alcohol is to be served, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, Party Alcohol Liability Insurance, and provide SmartServe certified bartenders. Free parking is provided for your guests.

Hours of Rental: 9am - 12pm

The Big Barn
The Barn seats a maximum of 190 guests (including wedding party). Wooden tables and black Chivari chairs are provided. All catering arrangements and decorating is the responsibility of the bride and groom. If alcohol is to be served, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, Party Alcohol Liability Insurance, and provide SmartServe certified bartenders, which can be supplied by Feastivities Events and Catering. Free parking is provided for your guests.
