Contract Confirmation - a Room Block contract confirmation based on your requirements will be forwarded to your attention with the understanding that your guests will be reserving and paying for their own accommodations. A credit card guarantee ONLY is required to secure the group reservation. NO fees are processed. As well, you'll be supplied with complimentary guestroom rate cards that you can include with your invitations which give exact booking details.
Release Date - a room block release date will be pre-determined and outlined in your contract. Rooms not reserved by the release date will simply be released back to our Hotel for re-sale with NO financial obligation to the event organizer. In the event a reservation is required after the release date, your preferred room rate will still be honoured, and the reservation will be accepted based on current hotel availability.
